About me

I am an Applied Scientist in Amazon’s AGI team, where I work on the Multi-Modal LLM, Nova. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, under the supervision of Prof. Truong Q. Nguyen. Prior to UCSD, I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, supervised by Prof. Dong Liu. My research interests span low-level computer vision, image and video generation, generative vision-language model and computer vision for retinal image analysis.
